By using CommitMe, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
CommitMe helps users create personal commitments and place a financial stake on completing them.
2. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Your stake may be refunded if you successfully complete your commitment according to the rules shown in the app.
If you do not complete your commitment, your stake may be forfeited.
3. User responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information and using the service lawfully.
4. No guarantees
CommitMe provides a tool for accountability. We do not guarantee any personal, financial, health or business outcomes.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Block3 GmbH is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of CommitMe.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time.
